§1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally final. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

§2. Non-Refundable Services
Custom services such as editing, design, branding, Discord services, digital products, and other personalized work are non-refundable once work has started.

§3. Cancellations
Orders cannot usually be cancelled after payment. Any completed or partially completed work must still be compensated.

§4. Priority Services (Add-ons)
Additional services such as Fast Delivery, Prime Delivery, or similar add-ons are completely non-refundable.

§5. Right of Withdrawal
For custom-made digital services and products, the right of withdrawal is excluded or expires once execution begins (§ 312g, § 356 BGB). By completing payment, the customer agrees to immediate execution and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal rights.

§6. Chargebacks & Payment Reversals
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals are considered a violation of these Terms and may result in revoked access, cancelled services, or legal action.

§7. Delivery & Issues
Customers must report major issues within 14 days after delivery. Minor differences or personal preferences do not qualify for a refund.

§8. Final Clause
German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining sections remain unaffected.
