§1. Applicability
These Terms of Service (“TOS”) apply to all services, products, and agreements provided by ReelySolutions™ across Discord, our website, and any related platforms (including social media). The version valid at the time of ordering applies. By placing an order or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.

§2. Services Overview
ReelySolutions™ provides digital and creative services including video editing, design work, branding, Discord-related setups, and digital products. Exact details such as scope, deliverables, file types, revisions, and pricing are defined individually per order.

§3. Communication & Contract Formation
Orders are typically initiated via Discord tickets or similar systems. After defining the request, we provide pricing and scope. A binding contract is formed at the latest upon successful payment.Discord communication (tickets/messages) is considered valid for approvals, confirmations, and revisions.

§4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide all required information, files, and instructions in a complete and timely manner. Delays caused by missing or incorrect input are not our responsibility.Customers must ensure they own all rights to submitted materials.

§5. Delivery, Queue & Timelines
Orders are processed based on workload and internal scheduling. Any provided timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Priority "addons" may speed up processing but do not guarantee fixed deadlines.

§6. Acceptance of Work
Delivery is considered accepted if:
• approval is given (including via Discord),
• the product is used, or
• no major issues are reported within 7 days.
Minor deviations do not count as valid reasons for rejection.

§7. Intellectual Property & Licensing
All rights remain with ReelySolutions™ until full payment is received. After payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive usage license for the agreed purpose. Extended rights require additional agreements.

§8. Revision & Changes
Included revisions depend on the order. If not specified, 1x (one) minor revision is included. Any changes beyond the original scope are treated as additional work and may incur extra costs.

§9. Tools & Production Methods
We may use third-party tools, software, or AI during production. Special requirements (e.g. full originality restrictions) must be requested before the order.

§10. External Factors
Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. platform outages, illness, third-party issues) may extend delivery times.

§11. Data Handling & Confidentiality
Non-public project information is handled confidentially. Further details are defined in our separate privacy policy.

§12. Final Clause
German law applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
